ט׳הרואה את החיגר ואת הקטע ואת הסומא ומוכה שחין והבהקנין והוא מי שמנומר בנקודות דקות אם הם ממעי אמם מברך משנה הבריות ואם נשתנה אח"כ מברך דיין האמת ויש מי שאומר דדוקא על מי שמצטער עליו אבל על עכו"ם אינו מברך ואינו מברך אלא פעם ראשונה שהשינוי עליו גדול מאוד: הגה וי"א משלשים יום לשלשים יום (טור):
9Upon seeing a lame person, an amputee, a blind person, a person afflicted with boils, or a person with vitiligo (who has small spots on their skin), if they have been like that since birth, one recites the blessing "Blessed be He who varies the creatures." If they became like that later in life, one recites the blessing "True Judge." Some people say that one only recites the blessing "True Judge" if one feels sorry for the person, and that one does not recite the blessing for a non-Jew, and that one only recites the blessing the first time one sees the person, if the change in their appearance is very great.
י׳הרואה אילנות טובות ובריות נאות אפילו עכו"ם או בהמה אומר בא"י אמ"ה שככה לו בעולמו ואינו מברך עליהם אלא פעם ראשונה ולא יותר לא עליהם ולא על אחרים אלא אם כן היו נאים מהם:
10Upon seeing beautiful, healthy trees, or upon seeing beautiful animals, even if they belong to a non-Jew or an animal, one recites the blessing "Blessed be He who has such in His world." One does not recite this blessing on them more than once, neither on them nor on others, unless they are more beautiful than the ones they saw previously.

א׳הרואה פרחי האילן מה מברך. ובו סעיף אחד:היוצא בימי ניסן וראה אילנות שמוציאין פרח אומר בא"י אמ"ה שלא חיסר בעולמו כלום וברא בו בריות טובות ואילנות טובות ליהנות בהם בני אדם ואינו מברך אלא פעם אחת בכל שנה ושנה ואם איחר לברך עד אחר שגדלו הפירות לא יברך עוד:
1One who goes out in the month of Nisan and sees trees that have put forth flowers says, "Blessed Are you....who has not left anything lacking in the world and who has created in in good creations and good trees from which people can benefit." And this blessing can only be made once each and every year and if one delays until after the fruit has grown on the tree it is too late.
